At ‘The Carlow Academy’ we will be running informative courses on Study Skills, Student Wellbeing, Careers talks and a Special Educational Needs Information night for Parents/Guardians throughout the year.

Also we are planning on starting up our very own ‘Teaching & Learning-Professional Learning Community’ where teachers (Primary & Secondary) can attend The Carlow Academy for workshops based on the idea of promoting a culture of improvement, collaboration, innovation and creativity in our every day teaching, learning, assessment and reporting (T.L.A.R.) + also encouraging us to share, support and ultimately positively impact one another’s teaching methodologies by helping to reduce the sometimes heavy workload. If you are interested in getting involved then please get in touch. We would love to hear from you as a fellow educator with a passion for teaching & learning.
